• The initial consult/meet & greet is free of charge.
• On the last day, we will have a ninety-minute review, which is included in the package price.
• Supplies are included in the package price.

BEFORE THE INITIAL CONSULTATION

• The owner is required to create a pet profile on the "Time To Pet App." (Use the buttons on this website to go to the sign-up page.) Time To Pet can be used on desktop or mobile devices.
• The owner is required to submit the vaccination documents.

AFTER THE INITIAL CONSULTATION:

• A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to save a space.
• Half of the total cost is required on the first day of training.
• The remaining half is required on the day the training ends.
• All payments are acceptable: cash, check, or card (a card can be added to the "The Time To Pet" app).
• There is a six-month, no-interest payment plan through PayPal. The client needs to input the invoice number and the amount.  https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/QGXPF3TS2JDR6
• The owner must sign the liability waiver before the first training session.
• Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are located on The Time To Pet App.
• If the dog is picked up more than two hours after the agreed time, the client will be charged an additional fee of $25. If it exceeds eight hours, the client will be charged $50 per day.

**Multiple parties can access messages and other information about their pet within the "Time To Pet" app when they use the same credentials to log in.
